PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept:
1. paypal (5% surcharge for EU orders, 7% surcharge for non EU orders, this extra charge can be avoided if you can send a paypal payment for friends)
2. western union
3. bank transfer (4 euros surcharge, this amount is kept by the bank)

ORDERS DETAIL: Please know that automatic payments are disabled. Because of this, order(s) confirmation and everything else needed, happens after communication between us and the buyer.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Paypal obliges us to use paypal addresses. For this reason payments via paypal need to include the correct and verified shipping address and receiver’s name. If there is any difference between order address and paypal address, item(s) will have to be shipped to paypal address. We reserve the right to deny order processing if we receive a payment without a verified address. The verified address requirement is not valid in case you send a payment for friends. Finally we reserve the right of asking for a specific type of payment.

ORDER MINIMUM: For international orders there is an order minimum of 30 euros (not including postage). For cd orders the order minimum is 15 euros (not including postage). This means that we reserve the right to cancel orders below the mentioned amounts. Additionally orders will be cancelled when postage is more expensive than product(s) value. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING:
Buyer pays for shipping. For international orders we offer registered shipping. This method provides tracking number for the package unlike standard shipping. For expensive items or orders we reserve the right to require insured shipping cost from the buyer.

Please note that double records count as two in shipping charges, triple as three etc.

Regarding cd postage, cheaper postage is available if you have no problem receiving without the jewel case. In case you are interested in this, please contact us. Regarding lp postage, we can ship through cheaper non trackable standard shipping under specific conditions. If interested please contact us for details.

Postage for packages over 1 kilo (for EU countries) could be higher than the ones listed if your postal code is considered as a Remote Area from our courier service. In this case we will inform you about postage via the post office. Unfortunately in case the postal code is considered as a remote area, we will have to use the post office and the costs are more expensive than the ones mentioned above.

The numbers of items that each package can include, are indicative but not 100% precise. There are items that are extra heavy (example: 60s gatefold us pressings or reissues of labels such as Shadoks, Akarma etc). These items will need extra postage. If your order includes heavy items, we will inform you about extra postage.

POSSIBLE CUSTOMS CHARGE FOR NON EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS:
Depending the laws of each country, there might be an extra customs charge for orders coming from non European Union countries. This possible charge is the buyer’s responsibility. Please have in mind that this is beyond our power and that we can do nothing to prevent this.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:
Returns are accepted for wrong item(s) delivery. In this case we refund item(s) value + shipping costs and we will cover any return cost. All returns must be authorized so please contact us before returning anything.
If return of item(s) is requested by buyer for any other reason than a mistake from our side, we will refund product(s) value and not shipping costs, under the condition that the item(s) are received in same condition as sent. Refund will be given upon arrival of item(s).
Refund also will be given in case of postal loss but only when items are sent registered and to the maximum of the compensation that the greek post office gives for registered shipping. Fully insured shipping is possible for many countries. Please ask for info if interested.
If your payment needs to be refunded and the reason that caused this is not our fault, the paypal fee (that is 4-7% of payment) will not be refunded (we don’t keep the fees, paypal does keep them as refund fee).
